Modern Uluslararası Sistem, kendi yapısına dayanarak işleyen ve bu işleyişiyle var olan, yanlışı, sorunu kendi kıstaslarıyla belirleyen fakat asla kâinatın takdir edilmiş deveranına uymayan, bu sebeple de her geçen gün adaletten biraz daha uzaklaşan, zulüm üstüne zulüm üreten bir sistemdir.
